Wanting to reduce our impact on the planet, and get users using their pizza ovens faster, I worked with a cross-functional team to digitalise Ooni's paper onboarding education. This enabled owners to access clearer and more visual instructions, onboard in a language other than English and reduced the amount of paper shipped with an oven.

Ooni ovens get hot, and require close monitoring. To make this easier for users, I designed app functionality that allows users to do this via their phones. This enables them to monitor them from a distance (great for parties), set temperature alerts and log details of their cook sessions. Originally designed for Ooni's largest oven, this has now been rolled out to 5 other models.

FindMyPast's latest feature, Tree Search, had low adoption rates. By designing a solution which allowed users to view its search results in a tree-like format, I enabled users to make faster, more confident decisions about their search results. This increased the amount of data being added to users' trees by 21%.
